General Description

The hull is designed to ply in inland waters highly stable during fair weather conditions. Standard safety features including WT bulkheads and buoyancy chambers will be provided. The hull will be divided into 4 WT compartments, using 3 Nos. FRP bulkheads. The boat (hull) will be of single skin GRP moulded out of best quality materials recommended for standard marine construction. The Hull will be molded using the latest technology in composite construction

Compartments of Hull

The Hull will be of 4 compartments fore peak & ford storage space, fresh water storage area, Waste collection tank area, engine room area which includes the rudder compartment area.

Main Engine

One No. Simpson SC213 with mechanical advance 2:1 gear box will be provided.

Fuel Tanks

1 No: 100L fuel tank will be provided.

Bilge System

A semi rotary pump will be provided at the deck abaft to bilge out the water from the compartments.

Stern gear system.

A stern gear assembly comprising of brass stern tube, inner and outer stuffing gland cutlass rubber bushes, 3 bladed propeller will be provided.

Engine Controls

Controls will be remote, positioned at the Mezenine level abaft mechanically connected to the rudder and engine. .

Engine Guages

Guages supplied along with the engine will be fixed in front of the steering wheel..

Steel Structure – 1 coat epoxy primer surface & 2 coats of epoxy finish.
Hull – Gel coat
Partition –mat finish
Wood – primed and mat polished, other areas painted.

Seating

Cane Chairs will be provided as per the seating capacity.
